How do I go about getting into the Naval Architecture desiging cruise ships?

If you have any recommended naval architecture colleges I would be appreciative too. But basically I’m looking for the requirements, criteria, etc… Any company will do fine, but if I could pick it’d be Cunard (Carnival) or Royal Carribean, of course those are probably a long way off.
