Where do Cruise ships dock in Istanbul ?

I’m thinking of going to Istanbul to meet family passing through on a cruise. Which port is likely to be used by Holland America Lines - or which area of the city - I need to know so I can book a hotel on line which will be near the ship once it’s in port. Any suggestions from personal experience for small, average to above average priced hotels in Istanbul?
